Outreach policy
Convertive is a web design studio in Vienna, Austria, run by Simon Kamendje. From time to time I write to owners of online shops to offer a free homepage design concept for their store. This page says how I do that and what you can expect.
Who I write to
Only shops that are trading, only at the business contact address the shop itself publishes, and only about the shop’s own website. I do not buy lists, I do not write to private individuals, and I do not write to personal addresses.
What I send
One short message from me, under my own name, from a domain owned by Convertive, with my postal address and a way to stop further messages in it. No attachments, no tracking pixels, no tracked links. If you do not reply, you will receive at most one or two follow-ups and then nothing.
How to stop
Reply with “unsubscribe” or “no thanks”, or use the line at the bottom of the message. Your address is blocked the same day and stays blocked. You can also write to simon@convertive.net.
Volume
Sending is limited to a small daily number per domain and is paused whenever a deliverability test shows the mail is not wanted.

Each of these belongs to Convertive and is being pointed at this site. Nobody else is authorised to send mail using them.
Complaints
If you received a message from one of these domains that you believe breaks this policy, forward it to simon@convertive.net and I will deal with it personally.
